At Moments In Time USA, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at 📧 help@natures-mark.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping address
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processed or shipped.
